As the owner and operator of the local hunting and fishing store in Salmon Arm (www.westsidestores.ca), I have seen the need for a professional and experienced Guide and Tour service in our area. This observation, along with our many years of fishing and customer service experience have led us to create Bucktail Adventures. We are focused on providing our clients with an unforgettable day out on the water with the added bonus of hooking and fighting a genetic version of trout that can only be caught right here in our beautiful Shuswap Lake. Our Guides are all local residents with many years of fishing experience targeting Trout, Char, Kokanee and Chinook salmon in these waters.

I grew up on a farm in the Salmon Valley where fishing and hunting were a way of life for my father, three younger brothers and I. We fished small mountain lakes, rivers and the larger fresh water lakes in our area. I have spent a lot of time on Shuswap Lake and over the years we have caught some great fish. I am dedicated to providing an amazing experience to clients who want to go out and fish or sight see in the beautiful Shuswap area. We are focused on making your day with us one that you will want to repeat every year.

I grew up hunting and fishing the Okanagan Valley with my brother and father. I love what we do as a family and both Jason and I are very thrilled that our daughters are as well.

I take care of the social media, website design, as well as you may catch a glimpse of me helping to launch our boat.
